Vincent Sheppard’s aim is to promote beautiful moments spent together, where shared moments are the ones that will last a lifetime. Whether it’s playing with your children in the garden, enjoying a delicious meal around the dinner table, or relaxing by the pool on holiday, their comfortable furniture is there to accommodate these shared memories, moments, and life itself.

This worldwide market leader in ‘Lloyd Loom’ furniture, has been designing and manufacturing indoor and outdoor furniture with exceptional seating comfort since 1992. The technique is where kraft paper is twisted around a metal wire and woven into unique furniture pieces.

Preserving the tradition and history of the Lloyd Loom weaving technique, Vincent Sheppard developed a close collaboration with the local people of Cirebon, Indonesia and this was the perfect area to build the main production plant.

Today, the furniture is exported to more than 50 countries on six continents and the number keeps on growing. Their furniture can be found in the most beautiful hotels, homes, and restaurants all over the world.

It started when a small team of passionate entrepreneurs launched the company in 1992 and managed to put Lloyd Loom furniture on the map in Western Europe. Throughout the years, the team grew and the company expanded internationally, up until today where the love is led from the headquarters in Belgium.

Vincent Sheppard Lily bar stools in pure white with an oak base were selected for the project in Stock, Essex to flow around the large central kitchen island. When we posted the beautiful pictures on Instagram we were amazed to see how many people commented on the stools and wanted to know where they were from. With a little research behind the scenes, we were able to tell our followers exactly what stools they were.

The Lily collection consists of a soft silhouette that grants your dining space with a warm and sweet appearance. The back of the chair slightly reminds us of a heart shape and the combination with the oak legs makes Lily a real gem. Lily softens the lines of your interior and allows you to spend hours together with its comfy feel. The legs come in natural oak, black wood, or black powder-coated steel and are available in dining chairs, bar, and counter stools with a choice of 23 colours to choose from.

This woven furniture in this large open-plan space was the perfect addition for our client and their family. Hours can be spent around the island on these beautiful comfy stools, sharing memories and reflecting on life itself.
