A bright and fresh space featuring hints of blue and green that give this Classic Shaker a contemporary feel for this newly renovated property. The room reaches out to the garden where huge sliding doors separate the space.

The style is in-frame with a cock beaded front frame. The client also opted for a soft hinge close on the cabinets, completed with Perrin & Rowe knobs and handles in an aged brass finish.

The L-shaped main kitchen has been hand-painted in Blackened and Stiffkey Blue for the island and media unit. Both paints from Farrow & Ball.

A bespoke TV media unit is seen on one side of the wall in the living space, built with shelves and cupboards to store decorative items on show and conceal game consoles, internet hubs, DVDs and remotes. Something else that makes this piece of furniture beautiful is the external plinth and beading making it look like it’s an integrated piece of furniture within the solid walls of this open-plan space.

A tall wine fridge is also incorporated into the media unit making it become a drinks cabinet too!

What a relaxing atmosphere!
