As mentioned above our Traditional kitchens feature perfect country looks with a chunky front frame with various door styles to be specified including tongue and groove doors as per our Chelmsford project. The chunky front frame is substantial at 50mm thick, giving the furniture a farmhouse appearance. As the frame extends down to the floor it gives a unique free-standing appearance of individual pieces of furniture.
Each bespoke kitchen is designed specifically to your requirements, you may be combining elements from our different kitchen styles to create exactly your perfect space.
The carcasses are traditionally made from your choice of solid Pine, Oak, Walnut veneer, Birch ply or an Oak Veneer – using dove tail joints. The doors use mortice and tenon joints and can be specified with soft-close hinges or traditional butt hinges. Our drawer boxes use the dove tail join and are on soft-close runners.
The doors can feature a 20mm Ogee moulding to the centre panel.
Your Traditional kitchen will be hand painted in a durable paint colour of your choice from one of our preferred manufacturers (such as Paint & Paper Library or Farrow & Ball).
